Brian J. Warrener MBA
Brian Warrener began his career in the hospitality industry in 1985. He has more than 15 years of experience as a property general manager overseeing operations at private city and country clubs. He has taught at JWU since 1995 and has been a full-time faculty member since 2002. Professor Warrener’s areas of scholarly interest include food and beverage operations and service management theory and practice. He is a prolific writer, having authored more than thirty articles for national industry publications, and is a frequent presenter at industry tradeshows. He is a member of the Advisory Board for Nightclub and Bar. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and MBA from the University of Rhode Island.
