Craig Nathanson PhD
Craig Nathanson, PhD, is an online faculty member for Johnson & Wales University, teaching in the HR programs. Additionally, Dr. Nathanson is an educator, author, speaker, and coach. He has been teaching online for 12 years and in the classroom for the last 14 years. Dr. Nathanson's teaching follows more than 20 years-plus of management experience in large organizations, such as Intel and early start-up Internet companies. He was an original founding member of Pandesic, the joint venture of Intel-SAP as one of the first e-commerce companies, as well as a vice-president of People PC, a joint venture with Ford Motor Company. Dr. Nathanson has a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems, as well as master’s degrees in Human Development and Telecommunications Management. Dr. Nathanson has written and published six books on work and mid-life development and management, including The Best Manager: Getting Better Results through People. His newest book, Joyful Work in the Second Half of Life: The Five Stages, accumulates twenty years of research in the intersection of work and mid-life. Dr. Nathanson is also a motivational speaker, vocational coach, executive coach, and trainer working with companies on the development of their organizations and people.
