Her doctorate is in business administration (DBA) with a focus in human resources from Argosy University. She has been with the university since 2004. Areas of interest include human resource management, organizational development, and process improvement. Dr. Bilodeau is a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
