Dr. Letta Taylor Campbell’s education includes a BS in Business Administration, an MS in Organizational Management, an MS in Human Resource Management, and a Doctorate in Management. She also attended law school. Her doctorate includes a focus in strategic management and was earned from Colorado Technical University. Dr. Taylor Campbell has been with the university since 2005. She started as an adjunct faculty member and served as the Chair of the College of Business and Hospitality Management on the Denver campus before serving as Interim Director of the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program. She is now a full professor with the DBA program. Her areas of interest include scientific management (operations management, total quality leadership, strategic planning, and project management), organizational development, and human resource management.
Dr. Taylor Campbell is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a Certified Organizational Development Professional (CODP), and has earned project management certification. Her teaching expertise lies in Organizational Strategy and Design, Innovation and Change, Leading and Managing Large-Scale Transformation, Human Resource Management, and Operations Management.
Dr. Taylor Campbell served as a senior-level executive in the corporate world, holding positions as Chief Human Resources Officer and Operations Vice President, before opening her own management consulting company, which now serves international clients. As a serial entrepreneur, she has proven success in small-to-medium business management. She formerly sat on the Board for the Denver Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and currently serves as an SBDC consultant. She also holds board positions for numerous nonprofit organizations.
