In less than 10 minutes, you can set up your account for accessing your micro-credential and be on your way to reaching your professional goals. Follow these simple steps:
1. Navigate to the Login Page
Visit training.jwu.edu to go to the login page.
2. Select Forgot Password
Click the Forgot Password? Link located at the bottom of the page.
Step 3: Enter Account Information
Provide your information for one of the following options: Username or Email Address.
Step 4: Check Your Email
Open the reset email and click the reset link.
Step 5: Create a New Password
Enter and confirm your new password, then sign in.

How much does my micro-credential cost?
Each module costs $500, and the learner will receive a digital badge upon completion.
The full cost of each micro-credential is dependent on the number of modules that need to be completed for fulfillment of the micro-credential. Each micro-credential consists of multiple modules that all must be completed in order to earn the micro-credential. For example, the full cost of a micro-credential consisting of five (5) modules is $2500.
Learners can choose to complete individual modules to receive multiple badges in lieu of completing the full micro-credential.
Can I apply for financial aid?
Financial aid is not available for badges and micro-credentials.
How to access my badge/micro-credential?
Once you have received your login information, please use the following instructions to log in and create a new personal password:
- Visit training.jwu.edu to go to the login page.
- Click the “Forgot Password?” link located at the bottom of the page.

What is expected of me in the module/micro-credential?
Each micro-credential has multiple modules that must be completed sequentially in order to fulfill the requirements. Each module has activities, assignments, and assessments required throughout the training that must be fully completed.
Each successfully completed module will result in the attainment of a badge. Learners can choose to complete any number of modules to achieve the badge specifically for that module. However, in order to attain the full micro-credential, all modules within the micro-credential must be completed.
How much time should I dedicate to my studies?
Each module is designed for approximately four (4) hours of engagement per week over the course of seven (7) weeks. However, because each module is self-paced, the actual length of time to completion per badge is dependent entirely on the individual learner. A person could complete each module in more or less time, depending on their level of engagement.
Is JWU accredited?
Yes, JWU is regionally accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE).
