Does JWU subscribe to and support Executive Order 13607 – Establishing Principles of Excellence?
Yes, as part of the DoD MOU, JWU fully supports the eight principles of excellence established by EO 13607.
Is JWU able to receive GI Bill® educational benefits?
JWU is fully vetted by the VA to receive payment of GI Bill® benefits for eligible students seeking to fund their education with their GI Bill®. Our trained Certifying Officials will assist you with certifying your benefits and answering your GI Bill® related questions. Is JWU able to receive MyCAA tuition assistance funds?

Does JWU accept for transfer credits reflected on the Joint Services Transcript, or other military related documents?
Yes, as a leader in the field of experiential learning, JWU is honored to accept relevant military training and experience credit recommendations reflected on the JST, CGI, or CCAF transcripts. The relevant credits for your military training and experience will be transferred directly into the degree program you are pursuing, which will allow you to complete your degree quicker.
What type of accreditation does JWU have?
JWU is fully accredited through the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE), including its online programs. NECHE is a regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
Is my online degree the same as a degree offered on campus?
Yes, you receive the same degree you would receive if you attended classes on campus. Your transcript will not reflect that the degree program was completed online. JWU is fully accredited through the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE), including its online programs.
