EdSights Student Voice Score
Beginning in 2023, Johnson & Wales University College of Professional Studies conducted the EdSights Student Voice Survey (SVS) to assess the perception of CPS among current CPS students and their satisfaction with CPS overall. The EdSights survey asks students to rate their likelihood of recommending the institution to a friend on a scale of 0-10, and to share qualitative reasoning for their rating.
The SVS is calculated by subtracting the percentage of students who are detractors (rated a 0-6) from the percentage of promoters (rated a 9 or 10). The SVS ranges from -100 to 100, and scores above 0 indicate more overall promoters than detractors.
JWU College of Professional Studies is pleased to report that for Spring 2024, we received a Student Voice Score of 65, exceeding not only the average SVS of the private 4-year institutions partnered with EdSights, but also the industry average overall. Some aspects of CPS noted favorably by our students include our knowledgeable faculty, quality educational programs, and flexible staff that works with our students to accommodate their schedule.
