James Griffin, Ed.D.
Associate Professor
Dr. Griffin’s educational background includes an M.S. in Hospitality Administration from JWU and an Ed.D. from Boston University’s School of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, with a focus on media and technology. He has commercial sector executive leadership experience in an organization with $45 million in sales across 50 states and six countries. He has been with the university for 25 years. Areas of special interest include organization development theory and leadership, finance and business planning, product innovation, and sustainability in foodservice and food manufacturing.
