As a full-time employee of Marriott Hotels, Christal Byars, MBA ‘17 did not believe that she would have time to pursue a graduate degree, though she knew she needed it to set herself apart in the industry. The flexibility offered by the Johnson & Wales College of Online Education’s MBA program gave her the ability to take all of her courses on her time while continuing to work 50 plus hours a week.
“The beauty of the Johnson & Wales online MBA program is that it’s really providing me the opportunity to get my education to allow for career advancements as opportunities come up,” Byars said.
