Student Writing Support

Good writing skills are critical for success in today’s work environments. At Johnson & Wales University’s College of Professional Studies, we provide online students with the support necessary to develop appropriate writing skills that contribute to their success, both in coursework and their careers.

Our dedicated Student Writing Support Specialist, Kellie Nappa, works with both undergrad and graduate students to fine-tune their writing skills.

Kellie can help with:

  • Drafting and writing assignments
  • Proofreading
  • Evidence collection and research methods
  • Note-taking
  • And more

A wealth of helpful writing tips and resources, as well as the writing support hours, can be found on the College of Professional Studies Writing Support webpage.

“Working with Kellie has helped me gain the knowledge I need to get my writing up to speed. She proofed my work, talked through my questions with me, and was always available via phone and email. I don’t know what I would have done without her help!”

 Jennifer Preservati, MBA student
