Residential hospitality, the area of hospitality revolving around luxury apartments, assisted living, and condos, is a new and growing part of the hospitality industry.

The Johnson & Wales University’s online residential hospitality management program “is answering a need from the industry,” says JWU professor Paul Bagdan, PhD.

Residential and community association manager occupations will be growing by 10 percent in the next seven years, according to The Bureau of Labor Statistics. This new niche of the industry is looking for educated professionals with a passion for guests services and enhancing residential experiences. As a world-renowned leader in the field, Johnson & Wales University and its online residential hospitality management degree program can help students reach their career goals within this specific realm of hospitality.
